If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return Policy provides clear instructions on how to return items and receive a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required for all returns.
- Pack the Items: Carefully pack the items you are returning in the original packaging, ensuring that all accessories, tags, and any free gifts are included.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Corunie cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
- You will be refunded the full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective:

7. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, the return process remains the same. However, please note the following:
